Hi, I'm Bob! When someone want my attention, I usually hear "Hey Bob!" That's great because that's what I respond to. Since you're reading my BIO, I assume you would like to know a little bit about me and what makes me unique in the world of real estate agents. Is that a safe assumption?
Wonderful, let's get started. I'm blessed to be married to my college sweetheart for over 36 years. In 1998, we found Arnold, MO, a wonderful place to live, work and play. We bought our home, raised two sons through the Fox C-6 School District and have one (so far) awesome grandchild.
I'm a United States Air Force veteran. I served in medical logistics, Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Then with the Missouri Air National Guard in electronics systems technology, Jefferson Barracks, St. Louis, MO.
I'm a member of the Meramec Arnold Eagles Aerie 3678, of the Fraternal Order of Eagles (FOE), a non-profit organization, who are known for People Helping People.
I volunteer with the Scouts BSA's Greater St. Louis Area Council's Trail guide horse program at Beaumont Scout Reservation, (Both our sons are Eagle Scouts!)
I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from Lindenwood College (now Lindenwood University) and two Associate of Arts Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force.
I'm a Missouri Licensed Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Realty - Gundaker because of their amazing marketing technology and systems, such as RealVitalize, MOXI, education and training programs.
My real estate license allows me to help people buy and sell anywhere in Missouri. Let's be real, that's a lot! So, I focused in on the St. Louis area, doable, still very big though. I concentrate my efforts where I live, work and play, Jefferson County and St. Louis South County. Here I stay informed about happenings in Arnold, Fenton and nearby Oakville, Imperial, Mehlville and House Springs.
To help your real estate experience go smoothly, I invest in training and education beyond the required continuing education. Furthermore, I employ systems to guide you through the buying and selling process. So, you will always know what is going on with your deal. That's what you want, Right? It all starts with a consultation to help you,(1) Understand the market, (2) Negotiate the paperwork, (3) Manage the deadlines, and(4) Make the connections to close the deal. Sound good to you? I thought so.
Buying and or selling real estate can be the largest transactions of your life. It is my fiduciary responsibility to protect your interest. To me, you're a person, a couple, a family, NOT just another deal. All I ask is to be kept informed to your situation whether you decide not to buy, sell, or just don't think I'm right for you. It's all good! Just let me know, fair enough?
Let's chat about your real estate goals. See how I'm unlike agents looking for their next closing or to move up in rankings. Just say, "Hey Bob!" I look forward to chatting with you.
Make it A Great Day!
Bob Weibrecht
